Mentor workshop
On August 28 to the 30, our university partner, African Nazarene University, sponsored the first Mentor Workshop. All 42 of our high school scholarship students were transported to the University for three days of fun and motivational instruction. Many of our students have never seen a University or met a University student. The purpose of the weekend was to allow the students meet each other, see life beyond their own high school and to begin to map the possibilities ahead of them. By all accounts, the event was a huge success.
